This is a full round saw blade with a 3-1/8" diameter made of High Speed Steel to provide for longer life and better cutting ability. The High Speed Steel material is more rigid allowing the blade to cut through sheet metal up to 1.0 mm thick as well as harder wood and nails. Item is a special circular hardwood cutting blade for the Fein Multimaster tool. It works "OK" but really only useful for small custom cutting jobs. Blade is brittle and will snap if bent while in operation. Even at half price ($38) its very very expensive for what you get.

Don't use this blade in cold temperatures. I had it shatter around the arbor the first time that I used it. I have not had this experience with their other blades.

This is the perfect tool for anyone that needs to cut fiberglass. It is indespensable and much more managable than a dremmel or other hand grinder. I use this tool almost daily. The only down side is that this blade is a bit fragile and will break if bent even slightly.
