Well I have to state I am not a contractor but only do wood working in my home, so I'd say my requirements are about medium-light duty. However, these blades are outstanding so far. There is no problem fitting them into the new saber saw I got and they do cut like a bandit, even though, I've only used the wood blades so far. However, the freebies that came with the saw, even though, it is an orbital, were nothing compared to these. These blades cut through the wood, not chop or rip through it like some tend to do. They did not "Burn - out" after a couple uses, like way so many tend to do early oh.

Now how they will hold up to "Heavy Daily Use" I have no idea, but for my purposes they are a wise choice, and I will be ordering more of these without question.

I'd recommend them to anyone needing this type of blade. I feel confident they will last quite a while even under the Heavy uses.

Also, if you need to know which blade to use for what material, the package has each blade and its uses right on the back of the package behind each blade. You get a few for wood, a few for metal, some wood & palstic blades, ect. It is a good variety Plus, they are packaged very well.

I used this blade to dry cut several dozen bricks for a path. It worked quite well and saved me from having to rent a brick table saw for $70. It gets very hot so I kept a bottle of water handy to cool it down between cuts, not sure if that helped extend the life or not. Over all I was pretty happy with it for how much it cost.

Good for the money. You get a little bit of everything in this kit. I bought this kit mainly for the masonry cut off blade. It worked great, and It's a good deal b/c it/s 1/4" thick and not 1/8" like most masonry cut off blades. The variety of the other blades is great too. The variety of this set makes your saw more versatile...all for under $20.

I have an old Craftsman circular saw that takes 7 in. blades (7-1/4 in blades are to large) and had expected to use two of the blades in that saw.

honestly for the price, you can't go wrong. I really don't think this is construction grade but they work for "fix its or build its." Better directions/clarifications are needed on it( i guess ALL TOOLS)but you really get a deal here. Haven't used the masonry or metals blades yet but i'm waiting....

These blades don't work any better or cut any faster than any reciprocating blades for wood cutting, which is exactly what these are. They are not special pruning blades, as the description suggests. They are much more flexible than my old blade, which I don't consider to be a benefit.

I purchased "Skil 94100-05 Pruning Reciprocating Saw Blades" specifically to use in pruning a flowering pear and a couple live oak trees. Since none of the branches have a diameter greater than 5 inches I thought they would work. Turns out I was right, they were able to walk through the limbs fairly well IF I supplied pressure to the branch to widen the kerf as I cut. The teeth need to be offset from each other to widen the cut as you go. Otherwise, the blade gets really hot, smokes and I would imagine hurts any tempering the blade may have started with. They get the job done, but they could be improved.

I don't like to pull out the gas chainsaw out for small jobs. I bought a 18v reciprocating saw and use these blades. They go through small trees with ease. I have used them on small trees with up to an 6 inch diameter. They rip right through them. No mess no fuss.
